By downloading, installing, or using Computer Eyes Safety ("CES" or the "Application"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you should not access or use the Application.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use CES only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. In particular, you may not:

Use unofficial downloads: the Application must be obtained only through official channels, including BloodAlibi's official website or itch.io page.
Redistribute the Application: hosting, reuploading, or sharing CES on other platforms is not allowed without prior written authorization from BloodAlibi.
Misuse the software: the Application must be used only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner.
Reverse engineer the Application: you may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or derive the source code.
Modify or tamper with the software: creating altered or derivative versions of the Application is prohibited.
Challenge proprietary ownership: all rights related to the Application and its documentation remain the property of BloodAlibi and its licensors.

2. Intellectual Property

CES, along with its features, content, and documentation, is owned by BloodAlibi or its licensors. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and related proprietary rights.

3. Suspension or Termination

BloodAlibi may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if termination is otherwise considered necessary.

4. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

Computer Eyes Safety is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Use of the Application is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloodAlibi disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Updates to These Terms

BloodAlibi may revise these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The latest version should be considered the governing version.
